How to energize the solar plexus and eliminates constipation





The Bow pose is one best Yoga posture that activates the solar plexus to work on digestion, constipation, diabetes, circulation and strengthens the back muscles.

It also works on the quadriceps, groins, hips, flexibility of the spine and correct bad posture caused by slouching. The Bow pose is a chest opener which also stimulates the heart chakra in connection with the manipura chakra {solar plexus} to eliminate grief, depression, trauma, and gives us the ability to forget the past and move on.
This posture is not for pregnant persons. Please also consult your doctor before you engage in any form of exercise, especially if your are not too sure of your health. It also has impact on the throat to activate the thyroid gland.
