A very good posture for arthritis, and respiratory issues like cough, and asthma. Helps to relief stiffness around the butts, quadriceps and strengthens the muscles of the legs.
Takes care of sore throat, cold, posture realignment and tonsillitis. The crescent Moon or Ajaneyasan also stimulates the kidneys, liver, and opens the chest by activating the heart chakra and relief tension around the neck.
