Yoga hamstring and twist healing



Open up the hamstrings and heal the spine. Twist is more a detox program, more of relaxation than workout. Heal the back and spine from the shock of the constant tension from stress and bad postures. some many times we unconsciously sit and slouch, which puts some much strain on the spine and leads to back pains, congestion around the spinal energy channel. The spine as one major part of the nervous system carries current current into the brain, most times we short circuit that free flow. One best program for stress relief and fatigue. When the body feels so tired, down and overwhelmed by the events of life, just take the twist series.When you also feel, you lost motivation into your Yoga program, just lie down and try some of this twist series. You will definitely notice a relief and reactivation of lost energy.
